I have been a customer of Nexter s.a. for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their response time to customer queries and issues leaves much to be desired. The rate at which they address problems is slow and sometimes even unprofessional. Overall, I would rate Nexter s.a. as an average company.
