This is a private Military park. It's super clean, with full hook ups, in good working condition. Great private beach, although it's littered with SHARP oyster shells. My son ended up in the ER and needed 7 stitches from playing barefoot. So, wear shoes in the sand/muck. Most of the RVers who visit here are quiet and polite. good cheap laundry. Only downside is no place for the kids to play.
