I have mixed feelings about Modern Inconveniences....

I have mixed feelings about Modern Inconveniences. On one hand, their products are innovative and unique. On the other hand, the customer service is lacking. It takes forever to get a response and when you do, it's not always helpful. If they improve their customer support, I would be more inclined to recommend them.
