The Researchpoint group is doing an average job in providing quality products and services. I have been a customer for several years and while their offerings are not exceptional, they do a decent job. The website is user-friendly and the overall experience of using their services is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support and response time. I hope to see them making necessary changes to enhance their overall performance.
