I have been a customer of Stacy R. Engle Insurance Agency, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While they are quick to respond to inquiries and their rates are competitive, I have found their claims process to be quite slow and inefficient. Overall, I am still with them because of their competitive rates, but I certainly wouldn't call them great.
