Overall, I had an average experience with Fristam pumpen. While their products are of good quality, their customer service could use some improvement. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I had to wait longer than expected for my order to arrive. The pump works well, but it is quite loud. I would recommend Fristam pumpen for their products, but they could work on their customer service.
