I have been a loyal customer of Distec gmbh for the past few years and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Although they deliver their products on time, the quality is not always up to par. I have had a few issues with faulty items and their customer support was slow to respond. However, they did eventually resolve the problems. Overall, I would rate Distec gmbh's service as average.
