I recently had an average experience with Byzantine Marketplace, LLC. The product I received was as expected, but the shipping took longer than I had hoped. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the checkout process to be a bit confusing. Customer service was helpful when I reached out with a question, but it took a few attempts to get a response. Overall, my experience was okay, but not exceptional.
