I've been a regular at Harness cycle for the past year and I'm extremely happy with their cycling classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. The music is always upbeat and the workouts are challenging but fun. Definitely my go-to place for indoor cycling!
