Stained towels, with someone else's hair inside and not washed with bleach. Unfortunately, all towel changes had to be asked to be exchanged.
Presence of a bar in the lobby which is only active during breakfast.
No kettle and minibar in the standard room. Only the deluxe rooms apparently have these "extras". Other 3-star hotels in Liguria, and in other Italian regions, also provide standard rooms with these appliances.
Bad room service! We asked for hot water on the first night, we were brought two hand cups with lukewarm water.
Inability to have breakfast on the terrace.
Paid parking away from the hotel. Once the holiday is over, they inform us that it is only 270 meters away on foot, information never mentioned during our stay, during which we were given a map with two roads indicated, one at 600 meters, the other at 700 meters.
Small room, too minimal, cold, bare. In the photos it looked much larger and more welcoming. The room overlooks the aurelia (with all the traffic that goes with it) and the railway passes behind it (with all the train traffic that goes with it), but there was a view of the sea.
In terms of services, it looks like a two-star hotel. I would not go there again.
