I have been living in Division Terrace Condominium Association INC for the past two years, and I must say it has been a pleasant experience overall. The management is responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities provided are excellent. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents. The only suggestion I have is to improve the parking space availability, as it can be challenging at times. Overall, I would rate Division Terrace Condominium Association INC as great.
