I am a CUSTOMER of Medonyx and I rate their services as average. Medonyx.com provides a good range of medical products, but their customer support needs improvement. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, and it can be frustrating. However, once you do get a response, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, Medonyx is a decent company.
