I've been using Rutter Communications Network, LLC for a while now and I can say that it's a decent service. The network coverage is good and the internet speeds are satisfactory. However, there have been a few times when I faced connectivity issues. The customer support team is helpful but sometimes takes longer to resolve problems. Overall, it's an average service.
