I recently bought some audio equipment from heardsounds.com, and I must say I had an average experience. The website is user-friendly, and the product selection is decent. However, the sound quality of the products is not as good as I expected. The customer support was helpful, but the response time was a bit slow. Overall, it's an average company with room for improvement.
