Disappointed at the YMCA

Last December YMCA fired a young adult with disabilities. The reason behaving that decision is a mystery to everyone

How can he gets fired after working for this branch for almost four years when the new shift manager only had 3 month in her new position?



According to YMCA the mission should be Everyone is welcome , and praised that you focus in Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility ... but you really did that the moment you fired the young adult with disability?

The branch has failed to the community... and I ask myself This is how YMCA does inclusiveness? And work for this community?
