Great public building, especially the Board (Air, ...

Great public building, especially the Board (Air, Water) and Department (CalRecycle) meeting rooms. Parking is convenient, in the structure right across the street (tho a bit pricey, i.e. $20 a day). Love the new little soup and salad bar restaurant under the parking structure, also across the street. Although the cafe in CalEPA is not bad either. A very friendly public building.
