I had an average experience with InPortal. The website was user-friendly, and the products were of decent quality. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. While they were responsive, I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to address my concerns. Despite this, I am still satisfied with my purchase and would consider ordering from InPortal again.
