I had an average experience with Interrad Medical. The company website was easy to navigate and the product information was conveniently organized. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in responsiveness and helpfulness. It took several attempts to get a satisfactory response to my inquiries. Overall, the product itself was decent but the customer service could use improvement.
