I had a mixed experience with Dampe. While their products are great and the website is easy to navigate, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with my order and it took quite some time to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
