I can not recommend this firm. One of their agents...

I can not recommend this firm. One of their agents printed some information for me. When I looked at the back of the paper there was a fax from one of their clients with his name, date of birth, account number, social security number... This level of confidentiality incompetence could have cost their client a great deal if I were dishonest. I immediately shredded the paper. When I notified the agent her response was just thanks! Unacceptable.
Update: When the manager discovered this problem a month later, he immediately called me to apologize and assure me that the proper authorities had been notified and retraining was going to happen.
