My experience with the Federal Employee Association (FEA) has been somewhat average. The website fea-gea-iea.org has provided me with the necessary information about employee benefits, although I believe it could be more user-friendly. While the discounts offered are beneficial, I feel there could be more options available. The customer service has been satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, FEA is an okay option for federal employees.
