Joshua Dial worked a miracle for me! I was able to complete my application over the phone and got approved within 20 mins. When I arrived at the dealership (which was rather late and close to closing) he greeted me as soon as I got out of my car! He showed me the BRAND NEW 2019 KIA SOUL and K was immediately sold! He was very patient with me bringing in my hyperactive child and did everything that he could do to help calm him! I've sold cars before and I'm very hard to please, but I'd recommend Josh to even my worst of enemies! I'm forever grateful for the quick and pleasant experience AND exceptional customer service! I've shared my new baby on social media and I look forward to seeing him thrive in the business!
