I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a winery and I'm blown away by the quality of their wines. Every bottle I've tried so far has been a delightful surprise. The flavors are rich and complex, and the finish is smooth and satisfying. Wines of Substance definitely deserves more recognition in the wine world. I will be recommending them to all my fellow wine enthusiasts!
