I recently used the services of a test preparation company and had an average experience. While the tutors were knowledgeable, I felt that the study materials could have been more comprehensive. The practice tests were helpful, but there were some areas where I wanted more guidance. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
