As a customer of Tu München, I have to say that the experience has been average. The services provided by the company are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The website wi.tum.de is user-friendly and informative. However, I feel that the company could do a better job of responding to customer queries and concerns. Overall, it's an okay experience, but not outstanding.
