I have mixed feelings about Accomo accessoires & uhren gmbh. While the design of their products is trendy and fashionable, the quality is not consistent. I have purchased a few items from their website accomo-design.com and some have held up well, while others showed signs of wear and tear after a short period of time. The customer service experience was satisfactory. They responded to my inquiries promptly and offered solutions for the faulty items. I appreciate their effort in resolving the issues, but I expected better quality considering the price. Hopefully, they can improve their product consistency in the future.
