I have been doing business with Anhui Huayou Imp.&Exp. Co. for several years and I must say that their services are average. While they deliver products on time and the quality is decent, their customer support lacks efficiency. It often takes them several days to respond to my queries and sometimes I have to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
