I had a mixed experience with Environmental Hazards Mgt Inst. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were not so good. Overall, I would rate them as average. The website was outdated and difficult to navigate, which made it hard to find the information I was looking for. However, the customer service was friendly and responsive, and they were able to answer all of my questions. The company needs to improve their website to match their excellent customer service.
