I recently purchased a Subaru from Cross Creek Subaru and overall, my experience was average. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the process took longer than expected. The dealership had a good selection of vehicles to choose from, but their prices were a bit higher compared to other dealerships in the area. The car itself is in great condition and I haven't faced any issues so far. However, I wish the negotiation process was smoother. Overall, I would rate Cross Creek Subaru as average.
