I am a regular CUSTOMER of Van helsing and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is simple. However, I have had some issues with the delivery time. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive my orders. Overall, I would rate Van helsing as an average company.
