Found the perfect car for my family. Worked with Zach who knew i was on a time crunch and moved the process along very quickly, working with me to get the price i wanted to pay. There were a few problems with the car that Zach assured me would be fixed but couldnt be done that day due to time constraints. I left that day feeling excited about my new car but now 3 days later I've heard from no one to make the repairs that are needed, even after reaching out.

Update: The dealership has reached out to me and took care of everything as promised. I worked with John in the service department and he was amazing, making sure everything was taken care of and that i was completely satisfied before driving out of the lot again. Despite the rocky start i am very pleased with the overall process and service
