However, the customer service was just average. It took quite a long time to get a response to my queries, and even then, the information provided wasn't very helpful. 😕 Additionally, the ticket prices were slightly higher compared to other booking platforms. On a positive note, the tickets I booked were accurate and the confirmation email arrived promptly. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
