I had high hopes for Planet2100, but unfortunately...

I had high hopes for Planet2100, but unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. While their website is visually appealing, the overall user experience was not great. The customer service was slow to respond and the answers provided were not very helpful. I hope they can work on improving these areas as they have the potential to be excellent.
