I had a slightly mixed experience with Kreuzpunkt Pflegedienst GmbH. The service provided was generally good, with friendly and attentive staff. However, there were some instances where the communication could have been better. The rates were reasonable and the overall quality of care was satisfactory. I would recommend the company with some reservations.
