Unfortunately there is no rating "0" !!! Awful service, more precisely its complete absence. There are no field consultants in the departments (There are 5 people each and they sharpen the woods. When I finally came, they said that there was no such product (PVC glue). I should have seen my surprise when I found it on the shelves !? Called the administrator, ignored !?
