Virtual Desk is an average company. Their services are okay, but nothing exceptional. I have used their virtual assistant services for a few weeks now, and I can say that the experience has been satisfactory. The virtual assistants are responsive and helpful, but sometimes their English proficiency is lacking. I would rate Virtual Desk as an average company with room for improvement.
