I recently had an experience with a detention center in Lancaster County, and I must say that the staff was professional and the facility was well-maintained. The employees were helpful and answered all of my questions. The process was smooth and efficient. However, I do think that some areas could use improvement. For example, the communication between the facility and the families could be better, and the visitation hours could be more flexible. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would recommend this facility to others.
