Seldom write reviews unless the firm/service is bad or superb -- SF BMW is a great example of superb so I am happy to complete a review.
I bought a new X5 and could not be happier with the service and performance of the dealership -- not to mention the quality of the car. No detail is too small for their attention.....they have 'written the book' on customer satisfaction.
Not only am I extremely satisfied with the Santa Fe BMW dealership, my son and daughters are too. Both of our adult children have leased new X3's there as well. Made more remarkable is the fact that both of them live out of state -- CA and TX. Speaks volumes that they could get a very fair price and were also clearly impressed with the dealership as we were. In short, highly recommend Santa Fe BMW!!!!!
