I have mixed feelings about Mega Bloks. On one hand, the blocks themselves are great and my kids love playing with them. On the other hand, the set I purchased was missing a few pieces, which was frustrating. The customer service was responsive and sent the missing parts promptly, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but the missing pieces issue needs to be addressed.
