I recently used the services of this company and have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to navigate and their products were well presented. However, I did find the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the product I ordered arrived on time and in good condition. I would rate my overall experience as average. I believe there is potential for improvement, especially in the customer service department. Hopefully, they take this into consideration and work on enhancing that aspect. 🤔
