As a frequent traveler, I recently used their service and found it to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was relatively straightforward. However, the customer service was lacking, as I encountered some issues with my reservation that took a while to resolve. Additionally, the pricing was not the most competitive compared to other similar companies. The in-flight experience was comfortable, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about it. Overall, my experience with the company was average.
