I have been a customer of Cuna Mutual Group for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have some good features, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The customer support is usually responsive, although sometimes it can take longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate their services as satisfactory.
