LLT group was hired to re-brand our new entity and develop its website. The project was scheduled for 8-10 weeks and was delivered after nearly 6 months. Many line items in the proposal ended up being fluff and they raised annual fees by 40% of hosting services without any communication. I randomly received this invoice "4 days 'after' the due date." The owner egregiously followed up to "personally deliver the invoice" the following day. He stated the error was in the accounting department so I called to discuss. The representative said they do not have an accounting department and the owner has been handling my billing. 1 star is warranted however the project manager I ended up with was nice. The first one appeared to leave the company. LLT will not get another dollar.
