What a joke!! I currently have 6 weeks on hold and...

What a joke!! I currently have 6 weeks on hold and nobody can tell me why. They keep saying that they fixed it and I should be receiving a payment however I haven't been paid since 9/30/2020 and we're basically in Nov. An email was sent to adjudicator and they still haven't done anything! Does anybody there actually work?! I'm so confused! Does anyone know who I can report the DEO office to because I would like to sue for them not assisting me properly and with holding my paymenta for no reason. This is supposedly our tax dollars at work smh
