I have been a customer of WCI for several years now, and I must say that their service is absolutely average. I haven't encountered any major issues, but at the same time, nothing about their offerings is exceptional. The customer support is decent, and the price is reasonable, but I feel like they have room for improvement in terms of service quality and innovation. Overall, I would rate them as average.
