I recently purchased a used vehicle from Apple Ford of Red Lion. Customer service was great while showing vehicles; however, once the buying process began, it went downhill fast. In the middle of assisting me, the salesman began assisting another couple and was going back and forth between us. Ran my credit (which is excellent) and came back with 6.9%?? Told them I would go through a credit union and THEN they ran it through the credit union for 3.6%. Was introduced to the option of biweekly payments which I opted for; however, I received a letter in the mail from the credit union for monthly payments. I called and left a message for the finance department to return my call regarding this, and I never heard back from them. I corrected this issue myself through the credit union. When picking up the car, I noticed spots on the outside which I thought were rust. I was told by the salesman the spots were sap or something similar. I asked him to remove the spots which he did in one area and then told me I could purchase a similar cleaner to do the rest. When I arrived home, I noticed the inside of the car was dirty. There were what appeared to be grease marks on the ceiling which I thought maybe they could not get off; however, I very easily cleaned them off. Also the dash had what appeared to be yellow crayon on it which again I thought maybe would not come off, but again I removed easily. The fold down middle in the backseat with cup holders were also filthy. And to top it off, they gave me the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas! I will never buy from or recommend Apple again. Very disappointed.
