I had a mixed experience with Jargon PR. While they were able to deliver on some of their promises, there were also some areas where they fell short. The communication was sometimes lacking, and it felt like they could have been more proactive in keeping me informed. However, when it came to the actual PR work, they did a great job. They were able to secure some high-profile placements for our company, which was exactly what we needed. Overall, I would say they provide an average service.
