I bought full set of Mamoul machine and it was plan to receive it in February 2025 and I received it May 2025 so 2 month of delay.

The machine is partially working when Reciving with technical issue on BiG 6.0 and alignment machine dépiste of technician on remote isn’t working and the person on charge of technical support is replying every 3 to 4 days ignoring my what app messages.

I will open a case because enough is enough please stay fare from !!!!!!!
