As a CUSTOMER, I must say that I had an average experience with Woonfriesland. The customer service was okay, but their response time could definitely be improved. The website was easy to navigate and I found all the information I needed. However, the rental process took longer than expected and there were a few issues with the condition of the property. Overall, it was an average experience.
