Worst Online Experience Ever!
Everyone Please avoid this store!! even more than COVID!!
Ordered from their Irish Viking Direct Branch.
Placed an order for 81. Not until after the order was placed did they tell me that 2 of the 7 items were out of stock, they were showing as in stock on the website prior to this.
The following day they had created a new order with the In Stock items and added a shipping charge, previously Free Shipping.
I requested the out of stock items to be cancelled and my emails were ignored, the phone lines on the website were out of commission, finally found a Dublin Number which transferred me to India Helpdesk, and shortly after I was disconnected from the call, wonderful!
They have since shipped one of the out of stock items with an additional Shipping charge. Bringing the total charge now to 89, based on this the final item will cost me a further 10 minimum. So for the original order of 81 they are trying to charge me a total of 99.
Luckily I paid with PayPal and they have not allowed the second payment request.
